I’m still quite horrible at SF4, mostly due to the fact that I don’t play (or I could just suck). My execution is okay, but the problem is playing with people (which I end up not doing too much of). Just too many bad experiences of playground bullies, idiots, con artists, and fools have kept me from jumping in. And the actual good players that I would actually enjoy playing with are on such a different level that there’s no point in my even bothering at this point. Plus not having a console or internet makes things even more difficult, as if I had an internet connection, at least I could get SOME play in (though I’d probably have to deal with the same idiots, disconnectors, bullies, etc.). But I haven’t given up (yet).
On a side note, I’ve been looking at jobs, being that my current job is getting to be quite stale, quite crusty, yes…Nothing really seems to fit though. Yes, the world is a great and terrible place. But I will defeat it.
On another side note, I’ve been looking at mopeds as a form of practical transportation. I hate public transportation in the area I live in, being that they are extremely slow, overcharge you, barrage you with bright flourescent lights, and are filled with utterly defeated, racist, or ugly people. Not really an environment I want to spend much time in.
So anyway, I didn’t really know anything mopeds, but looking at a website and seeing these Tomos models has sold me, being that they look awesome. Plus you don’t need another seperate license or expensive registration fees, so DMV won’t rape you, and you don’t need insurance, so the insurance companies won’t rape you (yet). Sounds like a good deal to me. Only problem is it is getting very very cold, and it’s not even fully winter yet (global warming I guess). But that is a small price to pay for freedom. Did I mention they look awesome?
